I was reading the My New Place Blog & they said WalletPop has named Austin, TX the “Best All-Around City” to move to in 2011. Oh how I love Austin! A city filled with outdoor concerts, lazy rivers, old dance halls, college football & really good BBQ. I did some checking on apartment communities there to get an idea of the market & came across Broadstone Travesia. The units look roomy & seem to have great finishes (check out the kitchen). The clubhouse boasts of a cyber lounge & an outdoor living room & my favorite, a tanning pool. Rent for a 3 bedroom is in the neighborhood of $1300. Looking forward to what will continue to happen in Austin this year & possibly a future visit down to 6th Street.
