This apartment is fabulous, yes I agree. And its in NYC. But with a price tag of $55,000.00 a month it should be fabulous and then some. Next time a potential renter complains that the 2 bedroom seems a bit high, show them this lease contract.
Who would be crazy enough & rich enough to afford this you wonder? That would be Mr. Will Smith.
That is one great floor plan I must say.
